Summer Camp 2021
Our Summer Camp this year will be virtual. There will be two options: Monday to Friday (for children aged 5 to 12 years) 10am to 11am, where the children will work on a few different projects over the course of the week. One day camps from 11.30am to 12.30pm. Each of these will be a different project every day. Monday, Wednesday & Friday will be for children aged 5 to 8 years, and Tuesday and Thursday for children ages 9 to 12 years. The content of both sets of classes will be different.
The exhibition this year was held in May in the cafe space in RUA RED. Our theme was Irish mythology and legends. The children made pictures based on Dadghda’s Orchard, Morrigan, The Children of Lir, The Salmon of Knowledge & the Selkies. Even though we couldn't have a big party or celebration for the children, many families were able to get in to see the exhibition and it was really well received by all who did.
